Payment Methods
We accept payments through the HubSpot Marketplace via debit card, credit card, or any other payment method as specified on the Marketplace. By completing a purchase, you authorize 1406 Consulting to charge the provided payment method for all applicable fees.

Refund Policy
We aim for your satisfaction with the Clarity Pro Theme. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of purchase, you may request a refund via the HubSpot Marketplace. Refunds are processed in accordance with HubSpot's refund policy. Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase will not be entertained. All sales are final beyond this period.

Ownership of Content
All content, including the design, graphics, and code of the Clarity Pro Theme, is owned by 1406 Consulting, protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

License to Use
Purchasing or accessing the Clarity Pro Theme grants you a revocable, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use on a single HubSpot account. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the theme is strictly prohibited.
